I started OZ Outdoors during the 2020 lockdowns. It grew into Sydney's top-rated local outdoor and hiking Meetup. Every group outing exposed the same friction — five apps to plan one hike. The people now beta-testing TrekMeet are the same people who showed up for the trails.

In-between sprints, I used this to validate agentic rapid prototyping. In just a couple of hours, I spun up a fully-fledged Cognitive OS prototype — translating raw neuro-metrics into an AI chief-of-staff. It proved that zero-to-one is no longer constrained by coding speed.

Agentic AI: From 4 Days to 4 Minutes

Love it or hate it — I am consistently impressed by how agentic AI is evolving. It's stepping up as a true project partner. Claude Opus just reconciled my Master Plan with my Backlog, proposed a structural fix, removed dead Antigravity directives, and updated the documentation across all relevant files.

What would normally be 4 days of tedious documentation and sprint grooming was handled in about 4 minutes, and updated my claude.md to automate backlog management.
